Directions: Shake well. For daily use, allow product to absorb completely before applying make-up. Apply liberally and evenly 15 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply after swimming or sweating and at least every 2 hours. For body and face. For external use only.

What a great product! I have a very bad skin and have to wear makeup daily. However, on those days when I do not feel like it, I use this spf. It is such a nice, light coverage, evens out my skin tone and I feel totally confident. I think people with prefect skin can use it as a makeup.
