Directions:
Apply to wet hair and work up a thick, rich lather. Rinse in cool water. Repeat application if hair is excessively dry or damaged. A program of daily use is recommended to allow the hair follicles and shafts to receive the maximum benefits of Jojoba Oil. It’s a healthy idea to follow this treatment with our Jojoba Treatment Conditioner.

I have fine, curly hair that’s color treated and I could barely comb through it when wet. It was so tangled. I also had a dry scalp (no dandruff) and this shampoo, used with the conditioner, made my scalp less dry and my hair is easy to comb through. The shampoo and conditioner just kind if melts into my hair. Kind of surreal! I have tried sooooo many shampoos and conditioners and I really like this combo.

I’m glad to have a source for this wonderful shampoo. I’ve used it nearly 30 years; it leaves hair in great condition and smells wonderful. But, like so many great products, you just can’t find it in stores here. Now I know where to get it.

I tried this along with the conditioner. I’ve only used this once. I have natural unprocessed very dry w/ breakage yet slightly oily scalp. I can’t tell both products gave any bounce to my flat fine hair. But then I probably have probably a slight buildup of silicones on my hair. It could take a few washings over the week. What I will say is it’s a very mild gentle shampoo and my scalp is clean without any red irritations. I didn’t see any additional breakage at the roots which usually happens when I wash it. Also didn’t have white flakes coming off my scalp. The conditioner in addition left my hair very soft. It wasn’t difficult to detangle long hair. Some natural products leave my hair not feeling clean and conditioner can leave sort of a waxy feel. Didn’t have that with this. I have really hard water yet this cleaned without drying and overall my hair is very soft! I love that. Both products leave your hair shiny. It’s a natural shine not one like you’ll have with one with silicones. That’s good though as silicones coat your hair and eventually make your hair brittle because moisture and conditioner can’t absorb in your hair. In my experience that means it looks alright but you end up drier, then breakage then you need a lot of clarifying shampoo to get that out and the whole circus starts over again. So I would say there’s no drying alcohols, sls, salycyclic acid or silicones, which are in most protucts anymore. It’s worth trying especially for the price!
