To use: Apply Conditioner to clean hair paying special attention to ends. Work conditioner through hair with fingertips. Leave on for 1 to 2 minutes. Rinse thoroughly and style as usual. For more intense Conditioning leave on hair for 5 to 10 minutes.

I’ve been using this conditioner for about 3 months now and people are noticing. I’ve gotten several compliments that my hair looks healthier and shinier. I’ve been doing co-pooing for years now, but I used to use the Suave naturals brand. My hair looked nice, but after trying the Mill Creek brand I will never go back! My hair is so much softer, I have less hair fall, and I believe that my hair is growing a touch faster (although that could be due to less breakage). I love the Biotin conditioner! It’s got a nice pepperminty smell and tingles on the scalp. I would caution for those who have sensitive scalps though. My daughter didn’t like it, said it felt like it was burning. So she uses the Keratin Mill Creek conditioner, which is another exceptional conditioner!

Two years ago I was going through chemo treatment. Before starting I did a lot of research on what I could do to help my hair when it started growing back and to continue with after. No Sulfates or Paraffins were the two additives that must be eliminated from the shampoo. I have continued to use both the shampoo and conditioner. Great product!
